At the 2017 ESAA Conference, principals were invited to participate in a study on the sustainability and viability of Catholic elementary schools. Pastors, principals and teachers from fifty-six parish and regional schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia responded to the surveys which were distributed at the conference. With much gratitude from the researcher,  Helen McLean, the study is posted here for your review. Special thanks goes to Jill Carroll who ensured responses remained anonymous throughout the study.
